Electric Coachbuilt Convertibles

Rolls-Royce Project Nightingale Has a Limited Two-Seat EV

Rolls-Royce Project Nightingale is part of the Coachbuild Collection, a new series of ultra-limited vehicles marking a structured expansion of the brand’s coachbuilt programme. The first model is a two-door, two-seat convertible built on an electric platform, forming the foundation of a new direction for bespoke production. Only 100 units are planned, positioning the release within a controlled series rather than one-off commissions. The project draws from early 20th-century prototypes, incorporating long-body proportions and a front-focused silhouette.

The exterior introduces vertical lighting elements, a continuous metal trim line, and a rear compartment known as the “Piano Boot” that opens laterally. The interior features a fibre-optic lighting system integrated into seating and door panels, alongside a reconfigured central console. The collection operates within the brand’s Coachbuild division, where each vehicle is developed through a multi-year process with direct client involvement and limited production runs.
