The throwback to the 90s fascination with occult fashion is back in full swing as we see the level of witch, Wiccan and magical styles invading the industry. The drive towards occult fashion might seem a touch Gothic in nature, but in fact what we're seeing is a shift towards subtle darkness; outfits are simply accented with notions of the underworld as opposed to being black from head to toe.
As always, the rise of occult fashion once again is a clear example of the cyclical nature of the industry. This shift, however, speaks beyond the obvious; while occult fashion might seem rebellious, it's actually quite minimal and simple, which speaks to the rise of normcore in all it's boring glory.
