Top 100 Art & Design Trends in February

From Phygital NFT Art Exhibits to Adult Treehouse Cabins:

The February 2022 art and design trends are shaped by eco-conscious concepts, digital-forward art developments, and innovative smart home solutions. As a result, 3D-printed sneakers, connected pet care systems, eco-friendly tiny homes, and a variety of exciting art installations were all launched this month.

There were several notable art-related developments focused on the burgeoning space of NFTs and the metaverse. For example, Enklu launched 'VERSE: Art of the Future,' an AR-powered NFT art exhibition blending tech and entertainment. Meanwhile, the GAP teamed up with Brandon Sines (the artist behind Frank Ape) to launch the brand's first-ever NFT collection, which was strategically tied to a physical GAP hoodie release.

Elsewhere, the launch of new, eco-friendly tiny homes was a recurring theme this month. For example, the Mansfield Container House -- a tiny home made from two discarded shipping containers -- made its debut in Melbourne. While the newly constructed Planedennig was launched, a tiny home on wheels that was specifically designed for a mother-son duo.
