The Circular Ring Tracks Numerous Health Metrics & Weighs Just 4 Grams

French tech company Circular unveiled its first-ever product at CES 2022, a sleek smart ring called the Circular Ring. No doubt, the new device is being positioned by the brand as an alternative to the popular Oura ring, which received significant attention last year.

The inventive wearable, which weighs just four grams, can be customized via interchangeable outer shells. In addition, the Circular Ring features 22 days worth of built-in data storage, Bluetooth connectivity, water-resistance up to five meters, and unique biocompatible resin construction.

Utilizing a dual PPG sensor, the new smart ring is able to monitor a wide range of health metrics, including energy levels, heart rate, temperature, and VO2 Max. Moreover, the Circular Ring can be used to track sleeping habits, as well as provide users detailed breakdowns of how much time they spend in various sleep cycles.
