The ring is able to track the sleep index of users to understand their various sleep stages throughout the night including deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, and when they are awake. Additionally, it also helps with users' circadian phase alignment to properly sync together with the natural rhythm of their bodies. To understand these factors, the temperature minima are analyzed and help optimize their overall health in terms of hormone balance and energy levels.
