The Ultrahuman Ring Helps Track Health-Related Information

The new Ultrahuman ring is designed to track health-centric statistics in order to help users better understand their health and progression. Specifically, it is able to understand a more holistic perspective of one's health, measuring the metabolic biomarkers including temperature, sleep, and heart rate variables.

It also dives deeper by interpreting that to a more simplistic understanding and creates ways to act upon the information collected. Some features include the movement index, which helps understand overall energy expenditure based on METs, and the sleep index, which is designed to interpret the different sleeping stages users go through. There is also the recovery score that understands the body's state based on all of the biometrics throughout the day.
