Earlier in 2015, it was deemed that this would be the year where sales from the mobile gaming market would exceed consoles. In order to make mobile gaming a more comfortable experience, there are tons of smartphone and tablet controllers that are being released to make tapping, swiping and holding easier. There are even a few gaming apps like Raise Emoji, which are optimized for gaming on an Apple Watch.
Platforms like Steam Link and the Twitch app are also recognizing that the way players engage in gameplay is rapidly changing. Both of these services allow players to livestream content when it comes time to play.
