The Tokimeki Sensor is a pretty peculiar dating game that supposedly determines whether you're into human dating companionship or are more cut out for 2D romance, perhaps with an anime character.

Computer component maker ROHM teamed up with TECHMAC to create this game, which takes its name from the Japanese word for 'palpitation.' To play, the player places his or her hand on a board, with their index fingers placed on an optical palpitation sensor on the back. The player then comes to face to face with a flirty anime boy or girl on the left screen for about a minute, followed by its human counterpart on the right.

It may sound odd to some but a lot of people fantasize about dating anime characters. If you're on the fence about this, you may need to give the Tokimeki Sensor a try sometime.
