Much like comic book fans, the artistic world has spawned a few of these maniacal Joker inspirations by embracing the inner evil of Batman's most notorious nemesis.

Who is the Joker exactly? To some he was once a failed comedian who turned to crime to support a wife and child, while to others, he was a gangster. Whatever the interpretation, there has been very few villains in the comic book world who are as intriguing, mysterious and theatrical as the Clown Prince of Crime. He's a villain with his own set of rules and ultimately commits crimes for the sole purpose of teaching Batman the meaning behind his twisted morals.

The Joker is the epitome of evil and insanity, and it's through his distorted view of the world that continues to make him one of the most fascinating villains of all time.
