Having known the Córdoba alleyway decades before as a secret passage to a busy town square, Bedmar was inspired to create a unique dining experience in a space that others may have overlooked. The alleyway restaurant is brightly lit thanks to natural light that pours in from overhead and boasts a stunning bird-inspired installation.
