These food truck products demonstrate that one does not have to be at a sit-down dinner to enjoy their meal. From all-vegan mobile food vendors to zombie-inspired food trucks, entrepreneurs all over the place are finding new ways to entice people into standing up while eating.
Having a theme seems to be one good way to do this. Decorating one's food truck like the living dead for example makes the business stand out on the street. One could even go so far as to make the food fit for a zombie, as long as people could stomach the graphic look of it all! Gourmet food truck products are also something that do quite well, as professionals on the go love to find a good meal in half the time.
