The Mark Jankel 'Gory Gourmet' Restaurant Serves Up Brain Food

Zombie fans are well aware that these terrifying creatures love to eat brains, and chef Mark Jankel has decided to open up a food truck called, 'Gory Gourmet' that -- um, -- feeds on this idea. The only items on the menu in this fast food truck are a variety of animal organs. The concept by well-known London chef Jankel serves patrons a variety of brain foods, as well as some other gruesome body parts.

If patrons are feeling adventurous and a little ghoulish, they can choose to try the Big Brain Burger, Crispy Brain Dippers, Brain Salad Wrap, Feet & Thyroid Nuggets or some Skewered Hearts. This concept is a lot to stomach, but definitely something that is sure to get a lot of attention.
