Last weekend, countless people flocked to California to experience Coachella and Yves Saint Laurent Beauty took advantage of this large event by setting up the YSL Beauty Station in the Californian desert valley. Those driving through Cathedral City on Route 111 would have not been able to miss the YSL Beauty Station with its pink gas pumps and the heart-shaped balloons referencing the brand's new Volupté Plump-in-Color lip balm.
The pop-up store offered a place to pick up a variety of makeup essentials, customize a favorite YSL lipstick and participate in a variety of interactive experiences. The YSL Beauty Station offered an on-site makeup vending machine, a virtual mirror for trying on more than 50 shades of the beauty brand's products, and inspiring makeup looks to discover from Global Beauty Director Tom Pecheux.
