Sosein is an interactive Nuremberg restaurant that challenges the typical dining concept. The immersive experience begins with patrons ringing a doorbell to the restaurant, which is located within a historical building, which then prompts the head chef to greet them and welcome them inside. With an interior design that resembles a cave, the serendipitous experience was memorable enough to have head chef Felix Schneider as 'Newcomer 2016' in the Gusto restaurant guide after only 40-days of service.
The Sosein dining concept is marked by its emphasis on the experiential, its seasonal menus, passion for cooking and its overall holistic approach to cooking, with each patron being made to feel like a personal guest of the chef himself.
