V-Zug Hosts the Banquet Echoes Installation

— April 12, 2025 — Art & Design
Appliance brand V-Zug has introduced the new Banquet Echoes installation experience during Milan Design Week. It is a unique immersive experience that taps into various senses, bringing together food, design, and performance. The Banquet Echoes installation is created by Italian designer Elisa Ossino and it took place at the V-Zug Studio located in Brera.

The installation features a sculptural dining space, also designed by Ossino. There, it hosts gastronomic tastings that are presented by the brand's Gourmet Academy -- this takes place throughout the entire event. All of the tastings are curated to be different as the food concepts are inspired by various colors and textures, based on the time of the day. Simultaneously, visitors can preview the brand's newest appliances.
