The MockMuffin, created by Halo Burger and THIS, is the UK's first vegan bacon, sausage and egg muffin that offers a realistic look and taste that compares to its traditional counterpart. Created for Veganuary, the vegan breakfast sandwich is loaded with layers of crispy THIS Isn’t Bacon rashers, a plant-based sausage patty, American style "cheeze," caramelized onions, crispy hash brown, vegan Crack’d egg and ketchup.

To those who are new to plant-based eating, it can feel like a challenge to give up favorite comfort foods but this option promises to "help any Veganuary virgin smash the rest of their meat-free month," as Halo Burger founder Ross Forder says. The limited-edition MockMuffin is only available until the end of the month.
