Prosecco producer Follador is hoping to draw in drinkers and attention with its newest vegan-friendly, low-calorie sparkling wine Brut Nature Millesimato Pas Dosé Prosecco. Described as having "an important, harmonious structure" this sparkling wine carries aromas of fresh flowers, pear, citrus, lime and green apple. The palate carries on the fruity notes noticed in the aroma, but also brings forth a delicate mineral note.
The structure and aromas of Brut Nature Millesimato Pas Dosé Prosecco come from the producer's Gianfranco Follador Method. This method employs inert cryogenic gas to reduce the temperature of the grapes, remove the air from the crushed fruit and eliminating unfavorable effects of oxygen to the wine. This process greatly enhances the flavor of the prosecco and also allows the fizz to have just 60 calories per glass.
