Low-Fat Beef Bacon

Godshall's Launches Angus Steak Uncured Beef Bacon at Sam's Club

American meat company Godshall's has announced the launch of its new Angus Steak Uncured Beef Bacon, which will be released exclusively in Sam's Clubs stores throughout the United States.

Unlike traditional pork-based bacon, Godshall's new product is made with premium cuts of Angus beef, which are wood smoked and seasoned with various in-house steak spices. A more diet-friendly option, the new beef bacon contains 50% less fat than traditional pork bacon while delivering 5 grams of protein per strip. In addition, each slice is just 40 calories and contains no chemical preservatives.

“Having a superior taste profile with half the fat of traditional pork bacon is what makes this product stand out in the bacon category," said Ron Godshall, President of Godshall’s Quality Meats.
