Label-Free Beer Branding

The DEEP LOVE Design Prints Straight on the Bottle

The beer brand DEEP LOVE was in need of a design for its IPA, so Ostecx Creative went with a slightly different approach than usual. Instead of putting a label around the bottle, instead they printed the branding directly on the glass.

Even though this is a subtle difference, it still stands out as distinct. Ostecx used one color for the branding, which was white against the brown glass. This contrast makes the graphics pop out, and become noticeable. The graphics also feature a happy-looking octopus, which also aids in grabbing consumer's attention.

Using a single color printing technique is not standard for beer branding, but perhaps this will take off in the future considering it is also helpful for the environment.
