With so many distractions available in our contemporary era, it’s far from surprising that we are becoming a sleep-deprived species. Ok, I shouldn’t really speak for the entire human race, but insomnia is a serious disorder and technology is just perpetuating it. Yet technology also conveniently tries to introduce cures for insomnia.
