From Anti-CyberBullying Tools to Sign Language Grocery Stores

Whether it's online or IRL, the August 2019 social good trends reveal that many companies are making an active effort to make their spaces more inclusive and welcoming.
On the one hand, brands have been working to make public spaces more accessible for persons with physical or mental disabilities. For instance, the UK retailer Sainsbury's recently had over 100 employees at its Bath location undertake a British Sign Language course in order to better serve those with hearing impairments.
And as the August 2019 social good trends reveal, this inclusive approach is also reaching online spaces as well. For example, Instagram has begun testing a new shadow ban feature to combat cyberbullying by restricting selected accounts from publicly commenting on another user's feed.
