Robot Food Delivery Partnerships

Uber Eats and Starship Announced a Partnership for the UK market

Uber Eats and Starship have announced a partnership for the UK market that will see the former brand leveraging the robotic expertise of the latter brand for deliveries. The partnership will see robotic couriers used to take orders from merchants before speeding off to the customer where they will be able to access their food inside the body. The partnership will be launching in December with the Leeds and Sheffield areas positioned as the first to get the robotic delivery functionality.

The Uber Eats and Starship partnership comes as the first step of a larger plan that will see additional European markets receiving the robot deliveries in 2026. The partnership will also see an expansion in the US with additional markets coming online in 2027.
