Staff Food Hall Makeovers

Fortnum & Mason's Staff Restaurant Has Undergone an Overhaul

Gourmet food department store Fortnum & Mason's recently relied on the expertise of London-based architecture firm Jump Studios to overhaul its sixth floor staff restaurant. The newly minted space is a sprawling food hall-style dining hall opened up by a bright supply of natural lighting and its open-concept, communal seating with space for 95.
