Flexible Stay Complexes

The Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park Development Boasts Flexibility

The Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park project in London, designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris with interiors by TiggColl, transforms a canal-side brownfield site into a vibrant lifestyle accommodation and social hub. The complex includes 332 flexible stay studios arranged around a landscaped courtyard that opens toward the Grand Union Canal. A mix of glazed green terracotta, brick, and steel-framed windows connects the new architecture to the area’s industrial heritage while maintaining a refined, contemporary tone.

Interiors by TiggColl emphasize warmth and tactility through clay finishes, timber surfaces, and natural textiles. Shared lounges, co-working zones, and wellness facilities encourage a sense of community among guests. A restaurant, gardens, and open terraces extend the building’s social atmosphere outdoors. The Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park development redefines urban living by uniting private comfort with collective experience along one of London’s most historic waterways.
