The product comes in three varieties including Classic, Sweet Chili and Sweet Corn + Pepper, which are all being launched exclusively at Aldi locations in Germany. The sandwiches are made with seaweed and legumes for the fish-like base with no artificial ingredients in the mix.

Co-Founder Deniz Ficicioglu spoke on the new BettaF!sh plant-based tuna sandwiches saying, "In less than a year, our team of product developers have been able to create a delicious, vegan alternative to tuna. This is a product that will help us push the topic of saving our seas and their dwellers…"
