Glenfiddich, the world's most awarded single malt Scotch whisky, has unveiled a new limited-edition expression in collaboration with the Aston Martin Formula One Team. This marks the second year of their partnership.
The Glenfiddich & Aston Martin Formula One Team 16-Year-Old Limited-Edition Release No. 2 is a single malt crafted by Malt Master Brian Kinsman and inspired by the shared philosophy with Aston Martin's Managing Technical Partner Adrian Newey that exceptional performance is defined by invisible details working beneath the surface. The whisky undergoes a precise maturation process across five distinct cask types, including first-fill bourbon barrels, Port pipes, Oloroso sherry casks, wine casks, and Fino sherry butts. Each cask contributes layers of sweetness, richness, and structure that unfold with controlled progression to achieve a balanced and harmonious profile.
