Glenfiddich, a prominent single malt Scotch whisky producer, recently organized an exclusive culinary event in partnership with the Hawthorn Dining Room, a well-regarded restaurant located within Calgary's Fairmont Palliser hotel. The occasion was structured as a seven-course dinner where each dish — from an initial amuse-bouche of oysters to a concluding spiced banana tart — was specifically matched with a selection of the brand's aged single malts.

The special culinary experience at the Hawthorn Dining Room was dubbed 'The Grand Dinner.' Glenfiddich spotlighted some of its "most distinguished single malts, including the Glenfiddich 16 Year Old Aston Martin Formula One™ Team Limited Edition and the exceptional Glenfiddich 30 Year Old Suspended Time, amongst other coveted Glenfiddich single malts."

The experience was hosted by Glenfiddich’s National Brand Ambassador, Jamie Johnson.
