Aesthetically pleasing and functional, the offerings are geared to satisfying the elevated tastes of Millenial and Gen Z demographics, the latter of which is just coming of age.
Other ventures in the June 2019 luxury round-up are more daring and traditionally unconventional. Gucci boldly enters this space by launching a series of 80s-themed lipstick ads that feature imperfect smiles, ultimately contradicting the beauty ideal within the categories of cosmetics.
