A second Yaoyasuika vegetable store was recently opened in Japan, with an aim of helping consumers to eat and live well. The store sets itself apart from traditional grocery stores by offering a carefully curated selection of high-quality produce and products.
One of the key features of the space designed by Headstarts Inc. is a glass-walled 'FRESH ROOM,' which serves as a large-scale central refrigerator that showcases the freshness of the produce. Since there can be challenges in working with glass, the refrigerated room boasts a special air conditioner that helps with temperature control and prevents condensation.
As the FRESH ROOM is the focal point of the space, consumers are able to roam around this central feature, all the while appreciating the rich colors of the fresh vegetables contained within it.
