Beer-Dispensing Christmas Trees

Carlsberg's Unique Christmas Tree Has Free Beer on Tap

Giving is a huge part of the holiday season, which Carlsberg seems to have embraced with a very unique Christmas tree.

Just as the beer brand installed a beer-dispensing billboard earlier in the year, Carlsberg introduced a 27-foot decorated evergreen at London's South Bank, which was capable of doling out free beer.

The first 100 people who arrived at the tree thirsty for a sample were able to grab a glass "beerble" ornament from the tree, which could be used as a vessel from which to sip the drink from. As well as a set of other festive beer-colored ornaments, the tree was topped with a large hop ornament. Surrounding the tree, brand representatives were also on scene giving away complimentary prizes to those who ventured out to see this unique Christmas tree.
