Apparel brand Diesel is venturing into the real estate world with its Diesel Wynwood Condominium and marking its foray into a new industry with a clever t-shirt campaign. As the brand is known for its clothing, Diesel created a series of t-shirts that share the same prices as the luxury units designed by Zyscovich Architects.
In all, there are 143 t-shirts that feature the floor plan of a unit within the Diesel Wynwood Condominium and those who purchase the shirts—which range in price from $370,000 to $5.5 million—are promised an apartment for free.
Diesel is known for its unconventional marketing campaigns and the approach it is using to fill the units in its new condo is as disruptive as ever.
