Macro-Crystallized Condiment Art

These Soy Sauce Images Make a Simple Condiment Exraordinary

Soy Sauce isn’t for everyone, but these soy sauce images are amazing pieces of art anyone can enjoy. While it can make a great sauce for a variety of foods, that's where their purposes end. This set of images puts the condiment in a completely different light and the results are unexpectedly magnificent.

The artist responsible for the soy sauce images is Taisuke Koyama. Taisuke normally messes around with hues and color but this particular project is much more than his ordinary work.

Soy sauce is typically a very dark liquid and even specialty soy sauces are only slightly lighter. In these images however the soy sauce is blown up to macro levels, lit up and crystallized. The resultant soy sauce images resemble images of the sun much more than they do a condiment one typically puts on fried rice.
