These sculptural lights from Woodlabo draw inspiration from space in a number of ways that make them an ethereal series of illuminators that are truly exceptional. Designed by Gaël Wuithier, the Woodlabo lights consist of six wooden illuminators in total including the Eagle, Landing, Orbit, Moon, Lift Off and Apollo styles.
The Woodlabo sculptural lights are created by utilizing birch plywood that hides the LED illumination equipment within the various wooden folds. This creates a lighting effect that is somewhat mysterious and warm without coming across as too modern or stark.
The Woodlabo lights are suspended using thin wires that help each of the designs to take on a floating design aesthetic to further reinforce the outer space travel-inspired design.
