The Institute of Flavour Helps the Public Make Custom Popcorn Seasonings

This summer, Propercorn is teaming up with Bompas & Parr for a two-day event that will help members of the public create their own signature popcorn seasonings.

As well as being able to create and sample incredible popcorn snacks at the 'Institute of Flavour,' people have the chance to be entered into a "crowdseasoning" competition that will ultimately help Propercorn to create its next limited-edition flavor. As well as receiving a lifetime's supply of popcorn, the winner will be able to see their custom popcorn flavor in stores across the UK.

Propercorn co-founder Cassandra Stavrou says: ""Our research reveals, that half of us have no idea where seasoning comes from, so it is the perfect time to demystify this process and educate around taste." The Institute of Flavour will satisfy those who crave unique food experiences and experiential events.
