The Gold'n Plump SHAKERS Put a DIY Twist on Breaded Chicken Strips

Gold'n Plump recently debuted a new line of chicken kits called SHAKERS, which allow consumers to coat their meat at home. The new product is meant to cater to the growing demand for semi-homemade food products that consumers can finish preparing on their own.

The new Gold'n Plump SHAKERS are three-step kits made up of boneless chicken breast strips made from meat raised without the use of antibiotics. The kits each come with a packet of Panko breadcrumbs in bold and exotic flavors such as Honey Barbecue, Chipotle Adobo and Jamaican. Consumers can then add as much of the breading to the meat as they like based on their taste preferences.

The idea behind the flavored breadcrumb packets is to add value to prepared chicken products and allow for greater at-home customization.
