Gap Inc.'s Pride Collection Promotes Global LGBTI Equality

In an effort to ensure that its latest Pride Month collection has a positive impact, Gap Inc. has teamed up with the United Nations Foundation to support the UN Free & Equal initiative, which aims to promote global LGBTI equality.

The partnership between Gap and the UN includes two components, the first of which is the fashion brand's #WearYourPride campaign. This campaign will involve donating 30% of net sales from the sale of Gap's Pride Month T-shirts to the UN Free & Equal initiative. For the second component of the campaign, Gap will donate $2 from the sale of its Pride-themed eGift Cards to the UN Foundation. These eGift Cards will include all Gap Inc. brands, including Banana Republic, Old Navy and Athleta.

By helping to support the UN's efforts to promote global LGBTI equality, Gap ensures that its latest Pride campaign will have an impact that is felt across the world.
