Subway's 'Multigrain Flatbread' Satisfies with Whole Grains

As an alternative to the many bread options that are offered through Subway, the chain is now making it possible for health-conscious consumers to get a daily dose of whole grains with its all-new Multigrain Flatbread option.

The Multigrain Flatbread boasts 50 grams of whole grains per six-inch sandwich, which is loaded with fiber, as well as more than 100% of the daily recommendation that comes from the Whole Grains Council. The flatbread option itself is made up of chia seeds, flax seeds, as well as oats, barley, rye and amaranth.
