The Case House is an example of how modern and sleek doesn't have to mean boring and bare.
Created by Jun Igarashi Architects, the Case House is located in Sapporo and features a design that focuses on contemporary white details paired with wooden characteristics and a lovely winding staircase. The house combines a crisp white design with wooden details to give it a modern feel with cozy aspects. White winding staircases add even more character to the home, giving it a whimsical feel while still maintaining a high level of sophistication. The house also features wooden shelves that cover the walls to store books and little knick knacks.
Don't let the outside of the house fool you - while the inside of the Case House feels very large with its open-concept design, the exterior of the abode makes it look like a small cubed building. See for yourself above!
