Bistro-Style QSR Burgers

Checkers & Rally’s are Serving Up a New Bistro Buford

Checkers & Rally’s are shaking things up this season with a new Bistro Buford burger.

Whether your closest restaurant is a Checkers or a Rally's, you can get your hands on the new Bistro Buford burger. This gourmet creation consists of two hand-seasoned, all-beef patties, layered with two strips of bacon, melted Swiss cheese, a creamy Dijon mayo sauce, and crispy parmesan-dusted onions – all served on a toasted bakery-style bun. As the brand's Senior Director of Development Ryan Joy explains, "Given how popular our Bufords are, we’ve decided to step up our burger game even further with yet another crave-able combination. With ingredients such as parmesan-dusted onions and Dijon mayo, the Bistro Buford delivers an elevated experience that’s full of flavor bang for your buck.”
