The ABSOLUT UNIQUE creative initiative sees the veteran vodka brand releasing four million uniquely designed bottles. ABSOLUT VODKA tweaked its bottle making machines so that the machines could make a different bottle design each time. This is impressive, given that the machines were built to make the same bottle every time, not a different one.
Using 38 different colors of paint and 51 different patterns, the machines forged the ABSOLUT UNIQUE bottles with splash guns and color generating machines. The bottles all have a numbered label as well.
Being released on September 3rd, the ABSOLUT UNIQUE creative initiative is a artistic business move that gets customers involved by being able to choose the bottle off the shelf that fits their personality best.
