Artist Painting-Adorned Bottles

An Absolut Vodka Bottle is Adorned by an Andy Warhol Painting

The latest Absolut Vodka Bottle is detailed with captivating artwork by Andy Warhol. Back in 1985, Warhol created two special paintings for the libation brand -- one of which is detailed with a bold and colorful look, and the other was simply noted as 'Absolut Blue' which never saw a release for up to four decades.

The piece made an appearance in 2020 at an auction after authentication and verification were done. Absolut worked with the Andy Warhol FOundation for the Visual Arts to create a modern tribute. The limited bottle is detailed with various laters with a screen-printed design inspired by Warhol's blue artwork crafted individually by hand and the labels are screen-printed “like Warhol would have back in the 1980s."
