It's a bonafied fact that a products value skyrockets when it's celebrity endorsed. Celebrities have been putting their faces on products since celebrities have existed and each time without fail it brings the product to a whole new level. It's no coincidence that Kanye West's shoes sold out in less than five minutes.
Most people won't ever be able to live the life of a celeb but that doesn't mean that they can't be a small piece of the pie. Outside of clothing nobody truly knows what products celebrities really use but people are more likely to spend the money on something celebrity endorsed. Why drink flavored water when you can have 50 Cent's Vitamin water?
Celebs have even been able to create whole careers out of mercilessly marketing their personal brand as well. Stars like the Kardashians are veritable product princesses.
