Neighborly Connection

Brands encourage neighborly interaction to combat urban loneliness

Implications - Companies are making neighborhoods more social through products and services that allow individuals to establish good relationships with those that live close to them. This comes as a response to rapid urbanization which has been shown to have an isolating effect on many consumers. Implemented either permanently or as a short-lived campaign, these type of activations facilitate exclusive groups that allow individuals to engage with one another on a more intimate level.
