Ayman Helweh - A traveler of the world, I was born in Aleppo, Syria, the world's oldest continually inhabited city and a UNESCO World Heritage site. I've been traveling and living abroad for the past 13 years. I have lived in Syria, Jordan, United States and Malaysia.
I am currently doing my PhD in Computer Science and staying in Georgetown, the capital of the island and state of Penang, on the west coast of peninsular Malaysia. Georgetown was listed by UNESCO in 2008 as a World Heritage Site (I seem to gravitate towards them).
I joined Trend Hunter in February 2008 just a month after I started my first ever blog, and it's been a wild ride ever since. When it comes to trend hunting, I have a passion for fashion, advertising, design and decor and the fascinating pop culture.
I love experiencing new things and places, so I expect to continue my journey throughout the world.
