Tami Farrell, the first runner up to Miss California USA 2009, is obviously a fan of the one shoulder fashion look.

Current shoulder fashion seems to be one of two extremes these days: puffy and giant shoulder creations, or off-the-shoulder baring designs.

Tami Farrell sported the summery look last month at a a Miss California USA Pageant press conference. She will likely be taking over the title and crown now that Carrie Prejean has been officially fired.
