Massive Mixed-Use Company Complexes

KINGBUY Commercial Names Its Headquarters Yunshan CorePark

KINGBUY Commercial has officially named its massive new headquarters development in Guangzhou's Baiyun New Town as Yunshan CorePark. The 465,000-square-meter mixed-use complex represents an investment of over three billion RMB and is poised to become the city's premier international lifestyle destination.

The Yunshan CorePark project, which is being billed as the largest 'LIFE MALL' in Guangzhou, is designed to bridge the gap between local Lingnan cultural heritage and a globalized consumer experience. The building seeks to directly address the absence of high-end commercial facilities in a district, which is already home to significant transportation infrastructure, including a major international airport and a new railway station, as well as consulates, international schools, and affluent residential communities. Yunshan CorePark contributes to the neighborhood by integrating diverse functions — from retail, dining and hospitality to community-oriented public areas and office spaces — within a single environment.
