The company's campaign is targeting the average consumer, who may need a little extra help to purchase an expensive flight. Throughout the campaign, the airline will serve as a platform that will allow passengers to politely ask family members for money. In order to participate, users must create a profile through the company's website, which outlines personal information, in addition to where the individual would like to go. From there, the user can set a target amount, and detail the amount they can contribute. Once completed, users can send invitations to friends and family, requesting a small cash amount, in lieu of a Christmas present.
