Aside from the austerity stirring up in the land of mythical Gods, Greece gains another splendid structure, the 'Urban Cubes' by Klab Architecture. Urban Cubes is located in a densely populated slopping terrain region in Athens and sits in a residential neighborhood. The multilevel dwelling has different units that protrudes out of the building, which allows each home to get a fair amount of sunlight and fresh air.
The building is comprised of mainly sturdy concrete slab with an intricate box stack design. Primary colors on the building's facade enhances the structure, making it look like a sculpture from afar. There's two units on each level, making for a total of 14 homes. The entire building is elevated on pilotis, which adds to the mountainous feel of the region.
