Designer and artist Tim Teven unveils a look at his Tube Collection comprised of functional and structural furniture. He uses sheets and rubes of metal to form the products. The capsule is made up of a range of tables, stools, chairs, shelves, vases, and benches. All of these share the commonality of highlighting the malleability of metal as a material that is explored from an artful angle.
Teven bends the material carefully by twisting it to reach the desired form. All of the cures are done purposefully with a technical approach. Currently, the Tube collection is on display as a part of the artist's ongoing Soft Formation exhibition -- this is at the Atelier Ecru gallery
