Circular Design-Themed Exhibitions

Audi Joins Dezeen on the Domino Act Installation

Dezeen works in collaboration with Audi to present the Domino Act installation during Milan design week. The exhibition is made up of mirror-clad monoliths that line up against one another similar to the look of dominoes around the Audi House of Progress exhibition to explore circular design. It was designed by Gabriele Chiava, who is the former creative director of Marcel Wanders Studio. She is also currently one of the founders of the design studio Controvento.

The installation is meant to showcase the progression that the automobile brand has made towards introducing circular design in its processes of production. It draws upon the idea of the domino effect, as seen through the visual look and namesake, meant to unveil how one action can set off a chain of results.
